Hello all ❤️

I hope creativity has felt bountiful for you this week, as we meet again to seek inspiration from living artists.

On Artists Pages this week, I featured Karen Cheok, whose paintings become sculptures on canvas, and Ruta Karecke, who uses a ceramic slip trailer to explore pointillism.

If you're looking for some inspiration this weekend, I particularly enjoyed the latest episode of Fashion Neurosis featuring designers Hannah Rose Dalton and Steven Raj. It was wonderful to hear them speak on self-expression and their lives together as artists. Their energy has stayed with me.

I have another long video coming to YouTube next week, on the topic of Art Toys, and why we are so obsessed with them.

Art Prompt

In Coby Zutt’s Starboy digital painting, the character has an exaggerated silhouette. This week, maximalism is our theme. Whatever the project, take it to the extreme. More metallic, more colour, more anything. What feels better when taken to the extreme?

See you next Sunday 👋

Thank you so much!

Imi, Founder of Artists Pages.
