Thank you as always Imi. Lots to think about here. I love how the tattoos have such lightness and playfulness instead of so much heavy ink and darker colours and I think represent the young people of today. Especially the paint smudges on fingers which I so often have temporary tattoos of all the time! ;)

Fabulous art as usual, thank you.

Question.

Why are so many works untitled?

With the incredible imagination to make such art, surely the artists have the ability to name their creations...

Thanks for reading, Ian! It’s a strange one, isn’t it? I think whilst artists are perhaps our most creative people, they can often feel indecisive, or avoid defining their work or even their style. I love it when artists take that extra time to name a piece. It may also be that my typical source for finding these works is social media, where artists sometimes don’t use official titles. I always check their website, but often it’s impossible to find a title!
